Anirudh Sridharan

Anirudh is a postdoctoral research scientist in the lab. After completing all his training in India, from undergrad through PhD, he spent a little over two years as a postdoc at Sloan Kettering in Ed Reznik’s lab working on cancer metabolism. He’s now joined Dan Belsky’s lab, where he studies how caloric restriction affects systemic metabolism and biological aging. More broadly, he’s interested in using quantitative analysis of molecular, clinical, and population-level data to understand how metabolic variation shapes human biology. Outside of science, Anirudh enjoys reading about the history of science and politics, and exploring the city with his wife.
